Church Governance Shift (none / 0)
It's important to note that Myers' book and lecture are about theocratic governance of the church.  The 2011 book, The Tail that Wags the Dog, is about shifting churches from congregational-style governance to an authoritarian system in which God "chooses" the leadership.  Myers does not mention the modern-day apostles and prophets, but describes the same shift to "supernatural leadership" that is taking place in the NAR model.
