International Coalition of Apostles membership lists
Here is a folder with my collection of ICA membership lists, from October 2006 to April 2010. ICA membership lists up to mid-2006 were provided on web-pages of the ICA's original website, http://apostlesnet.net, and the lists for 2001, 2004, and 2005 are available at the Internet Archive's cache of apostlesnet.net pages: Apostle J. Doug Stringer, who played the role of master of ceremonies at Texas governor Rick Perry's August 6th, 2011 The Response prayer event, shows up on the ICA list in 2001, the year the International Coalition of Apostles was founded. Apostle Alice Patterson, who stood alongside Rick Perry at The Response, along with Texas pastor C.L. Jackson, shows up on the ICA's 2004 list (although Patterson's involvement in Wagner's networks predates this by several years.) I started collecting available ICA membership list PDF's in September 2008, when researcher Rachel Tabachnick and I discovered and began to document Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin's extensive ties to Peter Wagner's movement, which included a long-term friendship with Wagner apostle Mary Glazier, whose personal Wasilla, Alaska prayer group Glazier joined when Palin was 24 years ago according to Glazier, and apostle Thomas Muthee, a "valued personal friend" according to Peter Wagner, who blessed and anointed Sarah Palin in an October 16, 2005 ceremony at Palin's longtime church, the Wasilla Assembly of God. Both Muthee and Glazier have headed regional divisions of Wagner's Spiritual Warfare Network, which was later rebranded under several other names, including the Strategic Prayer Network.
